           The papers must be submitted online through Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) in the following link Click here The submitted papers must be original and unpublished. Papers must be written in English and should be almost eight pages long in total and must conform to IEEE format. All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content, correctness, relevance to conference, readability, significance, presentation, and references. Selected papers will be appear in IEEE explore.
